We make it easy. We offer more payment options.

Paying for healthcare services can be complicated and difficult to figure out. Therefore, we gladly accept a variety of different insurance plans and payment methods. We also assign a patient care coordinator to all new patients, making the process easy and stress-free.

Please see the list below. Note, there may be exceptions to some of the listed plans. Plan coverages are always changing beyond our control. Please call the front desk to verify at (414) 332-6001.

What insurance do you accept?

Do you accept Medicare or Medicare Supplements?

Yes, many of our patients are on Medicare.

Do you accept Workers’ Compensation Insurance?

Yes. Many of our patients come to us because of a work-related accident such as carpal tunnel, a fall at work, etc. We can work with your employer (or attorney) to make sure your medical expenses are covered. To learn more about your Workers’ Compensation Options, click here.

Do you accept Auto Insurance?

Yes. If your pain or injury is a result of a car or motorcycle accident, please let us know. You must have a claim number before we can treat you. Our specialized Patient Care Coordinator can work with you to get your medical expenses covered. To learn more about this option, please click here.

Can I use my HSA, HRA, or Flex Spending Account?

Yes. Some of our patients use their accounts for massage services and personal training, too!

Can I pay for my services with a credit card, cash, or check?

Yes. We take all of the following credit cards: American Express, Discover Card, Visa, and Mastercard.

Do you have a payment plan?

Please pay your deductible at the time of your visit. However, additional fees will be billed. If you need help paying your bill, we can connect you to a third-party service. Please ask at the front desk and they will assist you.

Do you take Medicaid or Title 19?

No. We cannot accept STATE insurance such as Forward Health, Title 19, Medicaid, Children’s Health, etc.  However, if you have an open and current claim from a work-related or auto-accident, we can work with you to have your medical expenses covered.
