Graston Tools

There are six different tools used in Graston. These tools are made of stainless steel, are concave and convex shaped, have profound round edges and are not sharp. They are used to located muscle knots or areas of limited mobility.

Treatment

Your doctor run the Graston tools over your skin to feel for scar tissue that may be causing you pain. Once the area(s) of pain are located, they will use the tools to break up that tissue and allow you to return to a pain-free life.

Treatment times are fairly quick, ranging from 30 to 60 seconds per agitated area.
